The last few weeks were hectic. I was preparing the Spring Summer Collection for my clients back home. I don’t know if I’ve mentioned before but I run an online fashion boutique for clients who are mainly in Lebanon, Africa, and Canada. In addition to my full-time job, DIYing is a hobby and not my business 🙂
Having said that this justifies why I haven’t tackle any major furniture renovation. To stay in the loop I would like to share some of my old and simple projects.
Here is how to Glam up a boring Lamp: Simply by adding some bling bling. I bought a basic black table lamp from Homegoods, I wanted one with hanging crystals, but at that time I couldn’t find any black lamp with black crystal. I bought black crystals from eBay and attached them to my boring lamp 🙂 and here are the after pictures

Very pretty and stylish!
Oh my goodness–what a fantastic idea! That looks really high end. I am so copying this!
Well, I'm all about the bling and this is gorgeous! I really like your style.

This is gorgeous! My kind of project, simple, chic, and inexpensive. Nice work, you must be a very busy girl!
Very cool. The black crystals are gorgeous. Are they glass or plastic>
Soooo cute! I really love how much the lamp pops when it has that color wall behind it (Teal/aquamarine just so happen to be my fav color so I might be a little biased 🙂 ) You should totally enter this lamp in Craftbaby's 'Upcycle It Challenge'!! http://www.craftbaby.com/contests/3/upcycle-it-sweeps
Love the bright colors in this whole vignette. And the lamp turned out very cute. Thanks for linking up to That's The Ticket!
Very cute. I have a similar shade I bought at Homegoods (didn't think to add crystals to it though). It's a little larger than that, but has the same fabric on the inside.
Thx Mimi, Those crystals are glass 🙂
Wow! Very chic!
Very cool! I love that look and it looks great. Megan

Fabulous lamps! Nice work! Thanks for doing this blog. I absolutely love it!
Love the lamp and the wall color. Who's brand of paint and what color, if you'd please.
