Hi all, before I announce the winner of the Cutting Edge Stencil Giveaway I want to share with you my version of Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries.
My husband and I were invited to a dinner party last night. The host asked me to bring some kind of dessert. However, I was super busy so I had to pull a rabbit from the hat, but instead, I pulled some ricotta cheese, honey, and a lot of strawberries from the fridge. This easy and simple recipe made me look like the greatest chef in the world (well I’d like to think so.) So here is the secret:
You will need only 4 Ingredients: Strawberries, of course, Ricotta Cheese, Grounded Pistachios, and Honey.
- Get as many strawberries as you want and core them with a thin apple peeler or any other similar kitchen tool. I used a tool that I usually use to core zucchinis.
- Use your judgments to fill the cored strawberries with enough amount of Ricotta Cheese.
- Dip them in grounded pistachios.
- I used honey as my sweetener but any other syrup would taste as good as well.
