Hello Everyone. Today I want to share with you what I wore on my birthday celebration last Friday. My official birthday is on May 21st, but since it was a Monday I decided to celebrate a few days earlier.
First I wanted a black white or gold outfit, but since I started looking 3 days ahead of the occasion, I couldn’t find anything that I like. So I decided to wear this dress instead and I’m so glad that I did.
Last Saturday’s look wasn’t pink… Woohooo yes yes sometimes I wear other colors than pink LOL.
I chose very pretty off shoulders yellow midi dress and paired it with leopard print sandals and belt.
I’ve always been a polka dot fan. I think for the past ten years I wore this pattern every season. My favorite combination is black and white polka dot piece with a pop of PINK 🙂 But if you think about it you can pair it with any color: Blue, Yellow, Green…
Last Saturday we had a graduation party so I chose this beautiful peplum dress with high heel silver sandals:
I love Fur coats. Last year, while surfing Guilt.com, I found an awesome coat. Without any guilt, I bought it. However, with a new baby and not so cold winter, I did not get to wear it last year. It was stuck in my closet until last Saturday when the temps dropped to 42 F and I was invited over to some friends’ home. It was the perfect occasion.
Wearing pink and red together was always a big fashion taboo. For the past years, we saw few shy attempts of pink and red here and there, but this year we will see these two colors A LOT.
Either pastel or neon hues I adore these two colors together and I wore them many times in the past couple of years.
Last week I decorated with pink and red for Valentine’s and wore this gorgeous perfect matching dress for the occasion:
I finally found a babysitter whom I can trust and the kids love her. She is my friend’s daughter so I can now leave my 2 boys with her without worrying. And dare I say I’m also excited that I can wear not kid friendly outfits LOL.
During winter, your outfit will look incomplete unless you are wearing a coat. That’s why I’m always on a search for pretty and unique coats. This year I wanted a long wool coat with fur collar and of course without breaking the bank. So I couldn’t be happier when I found this one at Nordstrom’s and hooray it is PINK. I know I know I have too many pink coats but I always wear pink so I know that I’m gonna wear them A LOT.

I’m writing this at the end of a very rough week. My little one was and still sick, he is teething. Four stubborn molars knocked the poor guy down. Fever, fatigue, and vomiting. He is sick, I’m exhausted, the house is a mess and no time for mama. My husband and son went fishing in the morning along with some friends. We were scheduled to stay home after they returned, but felt like that will drive- me crazy. I told myself that I need to go out to get myself out of this mood. So here are the details…
Threw on a sequin gold skirt that I had from years ago (Forever 21.) Yes I know, you may say sequin in the morning! Well if you wear sequin with a casual sweater it will be the perfect outfit for the day. So I put on an off-white sweater with tiered sleeve detail. My favorite piece of this outfit is my very dear and precious vintage red coat ( This coat belonged to my mom and I love it way too much). As for shoes, I chose my Burberry sneakers with the perfect hint of red.
After getting ready my mood changed automatically, kid you not. This is the magic of dressing up.
Last Saturday, we went out to a train and an auto show. My 5-year-old son was so excited and he had a blast. He is obsessed with any kind of transportation vehicle.
Since it is a family outing, so I chose a comfy and cozy outfit.
I’ve always been and I’ll always be a pastel color kinda girl. I love to wear light colors on gloomy cold winter days, I believe that they relax me. So today’s outfit is pink, gray and white.
