CandyLand Christmas in our home

Hello Blog-Land, it’s been almost 2 years. I miss it, I really miss writing to all of you my dearest followers. but life gets really busy when you have 2 kids. But I promised my self, this time I will not stop writing even if I do it once weekly.

Lets have a small recap, now I have 2 boys, one is almost 5 years and the other just turned 1, we moved to a new home so a lot of new decoration projects are on the way, and now I’m a full-time mommy ( I stopped the online shop few months after I had my first son ).

Let me share with you my Christmas decor for this year. I wanted something unique, fun and can be girly to satisfy my love of pink color but yet boyish since the boys are dominant in this house ( 3 boys including the hubby). So as soon as I saw these lollipops ornaments at Hobby Lobby I envisioned the look on my son’s face when he sees Candy-Land Christmas in the house.

I love the tree reflection on the mirrored coffee table.

My favorite here is this rose gold pearl garland.

If you know me by now, you know I love everything metallic and shimmery, like this throw blanket and pillow.

This cute ornament is from my son, he did it last year at school.

And now dining room, even though we won’t be hosting any Christmas dinner at our home, but who doesn’t love setting up the dining table, well not me for sure 🙂

The color palette is pink, gold and glitter, yup you heard me, GLITTER  is a color and it is my favorite one 😉

Let me tell you a secret this centerpiece is a wreath that I found at HomeGoods and in the middle, I  placed 3 mercury glass candle holders.

I fell in love with this pink lace ornament and that rose gold pearl embellishment.

This pink fur Tahari runner is set on top of a burlap lace runner to give the decor a little bit of depth.

Again another secret, these napkin rings are nothing but ornaments that I loved and fit perfectly in this table setting.

And now let’s move to my family room, The Candy Land tree is set up in the formal living room so the baby won’t touch it, as for the here/ family room I had a pink and gold decor and the baby cannot reach 😉

So what about you, what’s your Christmas color palette??

  1. You are right!!! We are kindred spirits! I adore the pink fur runner! I have a white one on my dining table and another on my counter. All of the pinks and blues are fabulous. I also have a candy tree in pink and green. I love that you choose girly even with all males. Hubby loves the sparkle too so I am good!

  2. Your decor looks gorgeous. Love the candy land look. Pink is such a pretty design, especially paired with gold. The tree is so pretty. I did notice the lovely pink fur runner.
